Why “charge overnight” is not always the complete answer
TOU-D-PRIME is designed around electrification, but the lowest period can differ by season. A user who can charge during the daytime may have a different cheapest window from someone who only plugs in after work. The checker compares the available window with the kWh your EV actually needs.
