The charging plan aims for a 10% battery reserve at charging stops and the destination. Charging prices and cost estimates are shown only where suitable pricing evidence is available. Unknown prices are not treated as free.
Supported cars and coverage
The tool supports the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X variants shown in its vehicle selector. Choose the matching model year, battery and drivetrain; do not substitute a different battery class.
Charging stops are supported in Finland, Sweden, Norway, the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain and the United States. Route points must be in supported markets; coverage is not a guarantee that every cross-border route is reachable.
How to start your trip plan
The first calculation needs just From, To and a Tesla model. Select both places from the autocomplete suggestions. Starting battery defaults to 80% and weather to dry; model year, version, battery and weather are optional adjustments.
Charging stops, amenities and prices
StopScore v2.2 and Must Have / Prefer preferences use researched amenities such as restrooms, coffee, food and indoor seating. Missing evidence stays unknown. Better Stop alternatives require a reroute and battery validation; opening hours are checked for arrival when evidence is available.
Planning assumptions and limits
The calculation uses usable battery, reference consumption and the vehicle’s speed curve. Weather choices are dry (68 °F), rain (50 °F) or snow (23 °F, winter tires). Terrain is included when elevation data is available and the result identifies whether it was used.
Wind, live weather, traffic and slower charging with a cold battery are not modelled. Recorded charger information does not guarantee live availability, access or current prices. Confirm important stops with the operator or the car’s navigation.
