No under the current launch plan. Rate-aware smart charging is planned as a Smart feature because it adds active automation rather than history alone.
DriveQuery is being designed as a software service using Tesla connectivity. No separate DriveQuery charging box is intended to be required, although supported vehicles and final requirements will be confirmed before launch.
