2026 rate logic
When Category is Business, the spreadsheet reads the trip date and applies the correct 2026 IRS rate automatically. Dates outside 2026 are left without an automatic rate rather than carrying the 2026 rate forward.
Commute and Personal rows do not receive an IRS business-rate amount. Keeping those categories visible helps prevent an annual mileage record from silently treating every mile as business.
